Those accused are Darwin Trinidad Infante and Juan Cabral Martinez.  The case is heard by judges Mar\u00eda Socorro, Nelson Romero Alba and Cecilia Toribio Melo. The 10-year old Carla Massiel disappeared on 25 June 2015 in Los Garcia in Pedro Brand and her bones were found on 16 August 2016.
