A green alert is issued when there is a threat for flooding due to intense rains. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Meteorological Office (Onamet) says that two troughs are in the area that will bring rain to the northwest, north, central mountain range and border area. Nevertheless, Onamet says that drought conditions continue for the south, southwest and northwest.
