He received the maximum sentence of 30 years at the Najayo jail. Labrada was also ordered to pay RD$2 million in compensation to the widow and her children. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Labrada shot his neighbor whom he accused of parking his vehicle impeding him from leaving his house located at Calle Carrera, Ensanche Lugo in Gascue.
