He estimated that on cruise ship days, there are 2,000 to 3,000 persons patronizing the area businesses, mainly the eateries. \u201cThe average tourist spends US$20 to US$40 per person,\u201d he estimated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabrera highlighted that the big plus of the Colonial City is that the tourists can walk back in time history some 500 years in terms of architecture and historical city.
