Vice Minister Ram\u00f3n Pep\u00edn made the announcement as he broke ground for the start of the construction, together with the provincial governor, the Bishop of Puerto Plata, Iv\u00e1n Rivera and Monsignor Julio C\u00e9sar Cornielle, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pepin said that work would be done simultaneously in Sosua and at the eastern end of the highway in Nagua.
