El D\u00eda says that the inobservance of the law and lack of state supervision of vehicles in circulation is why tragedies such as that of a bus carrying around 60 passengers crashed into a tree on the Jarabacoa mountain road, with a score of five dead and dozens seriously injured. The bus was transporting Haitian soccer athletes and fans back to Maim\u00f3n in Monse\u00f1or Nouel province after these had participated in a competition in Jarabacoa.
