This is why measures are being taken to guarantee water for the population. Mont\u00e1s explained the water rationing for the National District affects car washing. Fernandez said that the production of rice and bananas is beginning to be affected. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agriculture Minister Osmar Ben\u00edtez says that fresh produce supply is still adequate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dams of Hatillo and Valdesia-Jig\u00fcey-Aguacate and the reservoir Las Bar\u00edas are the only ones operating at normal levels.
