The capital city government says it will be enforcing the measure. The measure establishes that from Monday to Friday heavy trucks are only allowed to transit on the avenue from <g class=\"gr_ gr_9 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style multiReplace\" id=\"9\" data-gr-id=\"9\">12am<\/g> to <g class=\"gr_ gr_10 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style multiReplace\" id=\"10\" data-gr-id=\"10\">2am<\/g> and on Saturdays from 12 am to <g class=\"gr_ gr_11 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style multiReplace\" id=\"11\" data-gr-id=\"11\">12pm<\/g>. On Sundays and holidays, heavy truck traffic is banned from using the city road.
