He was detained at Calle Almendra in Residencial Procab in Cabarete. The arrest came after the Supreme Court of Justice issued an arrest order in response to a request from a court in France. The Frenchman is accused in France of money laundering, criminal association <g class=\"gr_ gr_11 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-ins replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"11\" data-gr-id=\"11\">and<\/g> other crimes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The DNCD said the order of arrest had been issued for months and it was only now that he was located.
