Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana says the process has been seriously marred since 4 March 2019, when Attorney General Rodr\u00edguez made serious accusations against the honesty of the judge in violation of the ruling for the judge assessment. These accusations have been proven to not be true and the presentation of these violated the ruling of the Supreme Court of Justice assessment procedure. Nevertheless, the campaign to sully the reputation of the judge is ongoing, says Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana. In the Dominican Republic, the Attorney General is appointed by the President of the Republic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana accused the Attorney General of carrying out a media campaign to promote the letters he said were anonymous, with the intention of planting doubts about the judge.
