He was sent to trial accused of tax fraud for RD$56 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Judge Kenya Romero announced the conditioned suspension after Asilis reached the agreement with the Tax Agency (DGII). Asilis had been ordered to house arrest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Public Ministry, from 2008 to 2018, Asilis had not paid ITBIS for the aforementioned amount.
