The results of the latest Penn, Schoen & Berland polls show that current mayor Roberto Salcedo is a clear favorite to win re-election in Santo Domingo, by a 58-41 margin. In the mayor’s race in Santiago, current mayor Jose Enrique Sued leads his nearest opponent by a 65% – 29% margin.
