He made the remarks when attending the inauguration of the first phase of the 50MW Aguas Claras wind farm in northwestern Montecristi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Journalist Altagracia Salazar of the Sin Maquillaje news commentary show presented a photo showing major smoke contamination coming from the Punta Catalina power plant and expressed concern on how this would affect those who live and work in the area.
