Colonel Guzm\u00e1n said that more than 20 people had been arrested for investigations in connection with the case. The arrested minor arrested had been identified by witnesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Breton Martinez was killed during the night of 12 January 2019, when he was riding on his motorcycle on the Duarte Highway in Licey.
