V\u00edctor Hern\u00e1ndez Rosario, better known as Berto, was freed from jail having served half of his sentence. However last Sunday, 28 April 2019, the Navy stopped another illegal journey to Puerto Rico organized by Berto that left from Las Coles in Saman\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In January 2019 another illegal journey run by Berto was also frustrated. Berto is now being sought across the country, but specifically in the northeast.
