He spoke on occasion of the release of the document \u201cReflections on Citizen Insecurity on the Business Climate\u201d that was sponsored by the USAID of the United States government. He said the study makes evident the importance of dialogues to implement new public policies and security prevention programs. \u201cThis study makes evident that the micro, small and medium size enterprises are the most affected by the scourge of delinquency, affecting the business climate,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goals are to create a new awareness, to generate actions and changes that will be felt in the medium and long term. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the event, Viviana Riveiro, secretary general of the National District city government; Servio Tulio Casta\u00f1os, executive vice president of the Foundation for Institutionalism and Justice; and colonel Roberto Hernandez, deputy director of planning and development at the National Police, and general Valerio A.
