This means the reservoirs do not have enough water for irrigation, or power generation. The only exception is the Presa de Hatillo that has a level sufficient for irrigation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Hydraulic Resources Institute (INDRHI) reports that the recent rains were not in areas where the dams are located.
