He said that in Dajab\u00f3n, the Inroca company has refused to acknowledge their right to participate in the hauling of materials for the highway construction between Dajab\u00f3n and Clavelina Las Pinas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to reports, the 22-kilometer stretch was assigned by the director of the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources (INDRHI), Olgo Fernandez, to the Inroca company of Santo Domingo, and the company only uses its own trucks for hauling materials. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De los Santos argues that contractors for government projects cannot use their own equipment for more than 50% of their hauling needs, and the other 50% must be portioned out to private entities.
