The event is a time to experience the lush beauty of the flowers and plants, the culinary specialties of La Vega and the horseback riding culture in the province. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event is held in the park off Avenida La Confluencia in the town of Jarabacoa. There is an exhibition-sale of exotic and rare flowers and plants, local fruits, arts and crafts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Promoters of the event are Alba Iris Marmolejos for the foundation, Dionis Duran, director for the Ministry of Tourism in La Vega, Solangel Vel\u00e1zquez, president of the Culinary Association; and Confenagro officials Hecmilio Galv\u00e1n and Pedro Musa.
