The card is valid for one entry to Panama and costs US$20. The card can be purchased at the Consulate of Panama in the Dominican Republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>President Juan Carlos Varela signed the decree on Monday, 24 June 2019, authorizing the new travel card. A requirement is that the person have previously visited Panama or another authorized country.
