The CNE commits to provide solar panels to ensure power at 70 military barracks in the border area, and other detachments and bases of the Army, Armada (Navy) and Air Force. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defense Minister Rub\u00e9n Dar\u00edo Paulino Sem signed for the MIDE and CNE director, Angel Can\u00f3 for the energy commission. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The parties further agree that the equipment donated by the CNE shall become the property of MIDE.
