Bad driving habits are at the core of the high rate of accidents in the country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 8,600m2 complex is designed to educate kids and adolescents on good driving habits as well as traffic laws. The authorities expect 15,000 children a year to learn to drive at the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ministry of Public Works and the Ministry of Education built the complex.
