During the event that is in its fifth year, Cigar Aficionado magazine recognizes the manufacturer of the best Dominican cigar. For 2018 it is the E.P. Carrillo Encore Majestic, chosen as the No.1 cigar in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organizers promise a magical night where cigar lovers can meet great manufacturers and connoisseurs of the industry. During the evening, raffles and auctions of premium products take place. The money raised is earmarked 100% for DREAM&#8217;s Montessori early education program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year the Best of the Best will take place on Thursday, 29 August 2019 from 7 to 11pm at the JW Marriott Hotel on Av.
