The event commemorates the 263rd anniversary of the founding of the northeastern city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The city of Saman\u00e1 and the Confederation of Farm Producers (Confenagro), the Saman\u00e1 Chamber of Commerce &amp; Production are the organizers of the festival.
