According to El D\u00eda newspaper, Franco was allowed to return to her apartment in Naco Blue Tower under strict security measures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A hearing would have been had on Monday, 2 September, but this was postponed for Friday, 6 September with Judge Jos\u00e9 Alejandro Vargas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Franco’s lawyer, Rafael Taveras, has denied that there was any agreement, and if there were, it would be a judicial kidnapping, he said, as one person could not be arrested, hoping that another would hand himself or herself into the authorities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
When asked about her whereabouts on Monday, the Public Prosecution Service limited itself to say she was under their jurisdiction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Franco\u2019s lawyer stated that the assets she holds have nothing to do with her husband. These assets include a RD$500,000 Mercedes SUV, and an apartment she obtained from her previous marriage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
