C\u00e9sar Emilio Peralta Adames is popularly known as C\u00e9sar el Abusador, but that is not the only pseudonym he has. List\u00edn Diario reports that Peralta, a fugitive from American and Dominican justice, is also known by his fellow drug dealers as el Patr\u00f3n, Cabez\u00f3n and by his first name, C\u00e9sar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to online conversations intercepted by the United States authorities, Peralta was using code and encrypted messages to run his drug-dealing operation. He used different names to hide his identity and that of other drug dealers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jos\u00e9 Jes\u00fas Tapia P\u00e9rez, one of five gang heads who worked for C\u00e9sar, used the name of Bola Negra or Boludo, and Ram\u00f3n Antonio del Rosario Puente (To\u00f1o Le\u00f1a) used BBPIN and Mangrino. According to the extradition file for C\u00e9sar Peralta, it appears that Del Rosario Puente tried to communicate with him on several occasions but did not receive a reply. It appears that the contacts were made regarding an issue whereby el Abusador had refused to pay a debt he owed to To\u00f1o Le\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The conversations that were intercepted were about the transport of hundreds of kilos of cocaine. In 2017, one of the members of the Del Rosario Puente group, Darys Jos\u00e9 B\u00e1ez Melo, was arrested by Dominican authorities and alerted Del Rosario Puente and his son, Del Rosario Gautier, that they needed to change their numbers as they were being overheard by authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
