They are charged with the mismanagement of RD$540 million.<br> The court, presided over by judge Tania Yines, with judges Jissel Naranjo and Evelyn Rodr\u00edguez, sentenced B\u00e9lgica D\u00edaz Moreno, former head of the Department of Education, Marcelino Rijos Guzm\u00e1n, former administrative and financial director, and Eddy Leonardo Terrero Fermin, former head of the Audit Department and ordered Rijo Guzm\u00e1n and Terrero Ferm\u00edn to serve their sentences at Najayo men&#8217;s jail and D\u00edaz Moreno at Najayo women&#8217;s jail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sentenced are ordered to pay a fine of RD$500,000 to the Dominican state and Rijo Guzm\u00e1n and Terrero Ferm\u00edn were ordered to pay an additional RD$64 million in indemnity payments to ARS Semma.
