A report in the South China Morning Post says that China is willing if the Port-au-Prince government &#8220;can uphold the one-China principle.&#8221; As reported, the People&#8217;s Republic of China would be offering &#8220;interest-free loans and concessional loans&#8221; to Haiti. Haiti is one of just 17 countries that main diplomatic relations with Taiwan.
