The good news for the Dominican Republic is that it is not on the path of the storm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Gloria Ceballos of the National Meteorological Office (Onamet), the storm is moving to the west-northwest at 19 kilometers an hour. The storm is still east of the Lesser Antilles.
