The decision by the Fourth Collegiate Court of the National District will enable his extradition case to be heard in the Supreme Court of Justice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gomez D\u00edaz is accused of drug trafficking and asset laundering. G\u00f3mez D\u00edaz&#8217;s lawyer F\u00e9lix Dami\u00e1n Olivares said that the removal of the charges was done in an irregular way, but his client will not appeal and will accept the extradition to face charges in the US justice system.
