He is accused of having forged the signature of Anibel Gonz\u00e1lez on the agreement that allowed her former spouse, Yasmil Oscar Fern\u00e1ndez, to go free from jail. He then shot her, and killed her, before committing suicide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Prosecution Service, Chanel Aponte, who represented Yasmil Oscar Fern\u00e1ndez in the agreement, was arrested in San Pedro de Macoris.
