Presiding judge is Luis Henry Molina, who earlier this year was elected to the position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The charged are the former commercial representative for Odebrecht in the country, \u00c1ngel Rond\u00f3n; San Crist\u00f3bal senator Tommy Gal\u00e1n Grull\u00f3n; former minister of Public Works, V\u00edctor D\u00edaz R\u00faa; former president of the Senate, Andr\u00e9s Bautista Garc\u00eda; former director of the National Institute of Potable Water and Sewage (INAPA), Roberto Rodr\u00edguez and lawyer Conrado Pittaluga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The case is being heard by the Supreme Court of Justice after senator Tommy Galan was included.
