He observed that Haiti is a very particular case. He indicated that Haiti is practically living off foreign aid. He warned that the Dominican Republic has not been realizing that Haiti is a threat to its future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As long as Haiti doesn&#8217;t have stability, the Dominican Republic has to keep thinking that everything it can achieve in development of all kinds is going to be curtailed by the Haitian problem, he said.
