He will be held in custody until a 3 December hearing is held on extraditing him to the United States. In the meantime, he will be held in custody at Najayo Jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeifry del Rosario Gautier was said by the Attorney General&#8217;s office to be one of the supposed heads of the band headed up by the fugitive, C\u00e9sar Emilio Peralta, along with Baltazar Mesa, Sergio G\u00f3mez D\u00edaz and Jos\u00e9 Jes\u00fas Tapia P\u00e9rez.
