He made the statement on reaching the Justice Palace in Santiago, following his extradition from Spain on Monday, 4 November 2019. He also asked not to be placed in a cell, saying that his life was at risk from other inmates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The head prosecutor in Santiago, Francisco N\u00fa\u00f1ez said that they would be asking for a year on remand in jail and that the case be declared to be complicated, and that they would be looking for the maximum 30-year jail sentence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nepomuceno Rodr\u00edguez is accused of the murder of Languasco.
