Another 13.2% were jobs in government (17,995). Finance companies added 12% of the positions (11,626). The health sector was responsible for 11.3% (15,467) of the new jobs. This adds up to 71.1% of the jobs created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There was a decline in jobs creating in agriculture, construction, electricity, water, transport, communication and education. Farm jobs declined 21,560 jobs by the second half of the year, or 4.2%.<br>\nManufacturing was only capable of generating 3,900 jobs, or 0.8% more than a year ago. The Central Bank poll indicated that 455,004 persons were employed in the industrial sector at the close of the second quarter of the year.
