He is accused of the death of Dominican lawyer Paola Languasco in 2015. Nepomuceno arrived on 4 November 2019, extradited from Spain. Nepomuceno was sent to a maximum security area in the Rafey Santiago prison, because on other occasions, he has escaped from international correctional centers.
