Villa los Almacigos is in the province of Santiago Rodriguez, in the northwest of the country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There he visited small cattle farmers and agreed to back them with small wells, solar panels, pasture and the acquisition of a tractor, a truck and artificial insemination equipment.
