The office stated that the decision was notified to Gomez Rubio and the Public Prosecution Service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Initially Gomez Rubio was suspended at the beginning of the year while an investigation was carried out. His position has been taken on an interim basis by Wellington A.
