Intrant called this number &#8220;alarming.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The statistics also showed that fully 50% of motorcycles travel without lights, only 20% have rear-view mirrors and over 25% have regular or poor tires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Highway Safety Plan for Motorcyclists was carried out by the Intrant Motorcycle Department.
