For the occasion, Spain&#8217;s King Felipe VI delivered the keynote speech at the 99th &#8216;Mariano de Cavia&#8217;, &#8216;Luca de Tena&#8217; and &#8216;Mingote&#8217; ABC Journalism Award ceremony in Madrid, Spain on Tuesday, 3 December 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was the 10th time that King Felipe VI presented the award.
