The green alert is also in effect for the coastal areas of Matancita and Gaspar Hern\u00e1ndez municipalities in Mar\u00eda Trinidad S\u00e1nchez. Caution should be exercised when using the beaches or taking to sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The alert is due to the strong waves affecting the coasts of the country and that could become very dangerous, according to the COE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The swells are due to the flow of east\/northeast winds, creating a high-pressure system.
