Estrella will run in the 16 February 2020 election alongside with the Force of the People candidate, merengue bandleader Johnny Ventura. Hony Estrella is an actor and radio talk show artist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The problem was that her ID showed she lived and voted in Santo Domingo West and sought to run for the National District. The Central Electoral Board (JCE) had ruled that the ID established the residence of the candidate.
