The JCE had given the TSE until Friday, 17 January 2020 to resolve the appeals it had pending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The TSE president, Rom\u00e1n J\u00e1quez Liranzo said that he reached an agreement with the president of the JCE, Julio C\u00e9sar Casta\u00f1os Guzm\u00e1n, to print only the ballots corresponding to the electoral boards where no judgments on conflicts over candidacies are pending.
