The deadline was moved from 17 February to 19 February. The JCE judges will then meet to review these on 21 February and announce final decisions on 24 February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plenary of the Central Electoral Board (JCE), headed by its presiding judge Julio C\u00e9sar Casta\u00f1os Guzm\u00e1n, approved the extension on Sunday, 9 February 2020, by way of Resolution 16-20. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Likewise, the same resolution ratifies that all presidential and congressional candidacies must be presented by 3 March 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The JCE plenary judges are Julio C\u00e9sar Casta\u00f1os Guzm\u00e1n, Roberto Salad\u00edn Selin, Carmen Imbert Brugal, Rosario Graciano de los Santos and Henry Mej\u00eda Oviedo.
