Chef Dayanny de la Cruz was the executive chef at the Super Bowl 2020, in charge of the seven kitchens at the stadium. Chefs Maria Kelly and Dalida Acosta Polanco have two recipes in the cookbook \u201cCocina y ConCiencia Contra el C\u00e1ncer\u201d with recipes from a group of 99 Michelin star winners from all the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, chef Maria Marte made big strides for Dominican chefs when she was named head chef of El Club Allard in Madrid in 2013. At the time she was the only female chef in Madrid with two Michelin stars.
