Miguel Vargas Maldonado is 69 years old. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Foreign Minister had reported last Friday that one of his three children, Miguel Pa\u00fal Vargas Garc\u00eda, tested positive for the Covid-19 coronavirus after attending a wedding in Cap Cana on 14 March 2020.
