The center is going up in Los Tanquecitos sector in Andr\u00e9s, Boca Chica. The area had been used for housing Navy personnel that are being relocated to Sans Souci. <br> As reported, the isolation center will be accessed by Las Am\u00e9ricas Highway and the Mella Highway. Public Health Minister Rafael S\u00e1nchez C\u00e1rdenas was on site supervising the work on Wednesday. He held meetings with community members who had opposed the installation of the center in Boca Chica.
