Of these, 108 are in hospital isolation and 367 in self-isolation at home. The increase in total cases is the lowest increase between reports so far this month of March, up 24%. As more testing becomes available, the numbers of positive cases are expected to increase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 March: 1 case. Cancellation of Metro, OMSA buses and Skylift. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>21 March: 112 cases, 3 deaths<br>\n22 March: 202 cases (up 116%)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>23 March: 245 cases<br>\n24 March: 312 cases (up 54%), 6 deaths<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>25 March: 392 cases, 10 deaths<br>\n26 March: 488, cases (up 24%) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of Bulletin No. 7 of the Ministry of Public Health, the positive cases of Covid-19 were located in:<br>\nNational District: 235, up from 178<br>\nSanto Domingo Province: 55, up from 52<br>\nSantiago: 57, up from 53, 2 deaths<br>\nDuarte (San Francisco de Macoris): 43, up from 29, 4 deaths<br>\nLa Altagracia (Higuey, Veron, Punta Cana): 11 cases<br>\nSan Pedro de Macor\u00eds: 12 up from 10, 1 death<br>\nLa Vega: 11, up from 8<br>\nSaman\u00e1: 7, 1 death<br>\nS\u00e1nchez Ram\u00edrez (Cotu\u00ed): 6<br>\nEspaillat (Moca): 10, up from 5<br>\nLa Romana: 6, up from 5<br>\nPuerto Plata: 7, up from 5<br>\nSan Crist\u00f3bal: 5, up from 4<br>\nMar\u00eda Trinidad S\u00e1nchez (Salcedo): 4, up from 3<br>\nMonse\u00f1or Nouel (Bonao) 3<br>\nHato Mayor 2, up from 0<br>\nSan Juan de la Maguana: 2, 1 death<br>\nBarahona: 2<br>\nMonte Plata: <br>\nAzua: 4<br>\nIndependencia: 1<br>\nValverde: 2, up from 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Provinces without persons testing positive are: Montecristi, Dajab\u00f3n, Santiago Rodr\u00edguez, El\u00edas Pi\u00f1a, Bahoruco, Pedernales, San Jose de Ocoa and El Seibo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Public Health Minister Rafael S\u00e1nchez C\u00e1rdenas says that around 25% of the persons who are tested have had positive results.
