This will not allow the State sugar industry (CEA) to pay the RD$419 million they owe the organization&#8217;s members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p>During the last two years, continues the report in the Listin Diario, the president of the Republic has given the CEA over RD$482 million, it also has an overdraft with the Banco de Reservas for RD$140 million and has collected RD$742 million in advance from future sugar sales.
